The twins had been going through a rather rough patch with their mother. She had been picking up on how Kaleb was starting to hold more and more back, but didn't get it confirmed until he had an out burst in one of his classes. After paying for the water damage she was starting to order the water witch to go to therapy for his emotional stress. This made not only Kaleb but Kolt start to argue with the woman. She had no idea the stress the boys' connection and the damage done after the division ceremony preformed on them put on their minds, no amount of therapy could help it. the fight ended up being too much for Kaleb to handle and he ended up taking off deep into the woods. A storm could already be heard forming over head as Kolt gave one last glare at his mother before going after his brother.

A faint rain began to dust the grass and trees as Kolt quickly found his brother. He was crying while curled up next to a tree, his body quivering and clearly upset. The fire witch made to keep his movements calm but he was in a rage with how his mother had treated Kaleb. Carefully so as to not upset his twin further, Kolt moved to lean against the tree and pulling the crying boy into a protective hug. crying eyes seemed to produce even more tears for a moment as Kaleb buried his face into his brother's chest. This was one of the only ways he knew how to let out the pain from their memories and his lack of control of his powers. Kolt remained unmoving and unfazed by it as Kaleb cried himself to sleep. Kolt ended up dozing off himself but still made sure to keep himself alert to protect his brother at all costs.

It was to dangerous to bring Kailah into the forest with him, so he gave her back to Amanda and told the mother of his child that he was going to the forest for abit. He needed some fresh air, besides it had been two days since he had seen his pack and he wanted to make sure that they were alright.

The time for a full moon was close, only two days away and inexperience wolves always venture out into the forest to make sense about everything. Jack had been trying to teach the new member that had join, he was only a young boy who had been forcefully turn and just abandoned by his maker.

Jack called the boy, asking him to go to the forest and met him at their usually meeting place. Once he hung up, he dashed off into the forest and of course got their before the boy. He thought he heard crying and smelt two witches near by, one a water and the other a witch. The scent reminded him so much of Amanda and Mason that he just had to check out.

They were a couple of yards away from him, hidden with brush and trees from anyone who was simply passing through. He pushed back the trees some, seeing a boy with long dread locks holding another boy who was clearly upset about something. The boy had started to doze off, which was never a good idea to do. Although he still had a pack and pretty big one at that, their were plenty of rogue werewolves who was uncontrollable and they were out tonight in their form regardless of a full moon or not.

Before he could make his presence known to either witches, he suddenly caught the scent of another wolf. At first he thought this was the boy he would be training, but this scent was..alittle different. His keen vision could see a shadow moving closer and closer to the boys till a rather large dark brown wolf with yellow eyes stepped out, immediately growling at the boys who were sitting.

Kolt was in a light sleep as his brother was clearly exausted from the effort of crying. The fire witch could feel the young was no where near recovered from the emotional outburt but the energy of not one but two new creatures started to buzz in the hair.kolt pulled his brother even closer to him, preparing to stand and leave but before he could even try to stand a large wolf was infront of the twins. Kolt made a snarl of his own on his face, eyes starting to turn red as he did his best to build energy in him.kaleb was starting to wake up, the depression he had been in earlier clearly visible in his dulled blue eyes. The rain suddenly started to get heavier, the water witch not entirely awake but still trying to defend his brother in a sense. Now Kolt would usually be indifferent at such behavior but the rain was starting to mess with his fire channeling. The large wolf started to growl and even took a step to them, but Kaleb's subconsious quickly put a thick wall of water and ice between them, buying time for Kolt to generate his own power in the not suited weather.

If this wolf had been apart of his pack, he would have laid down the law by now. The wolf was a rogue, but that still didn't make Jack just stand there and watch the two witches being attacked. The wolf bared its fangs at the wall, getting low so he could spring and possibly knock the wall down.

Jack finally made his presence known, glaring at the wolf who whimpered and got down rather low on his stomach, slithering away from the scene without even much of a fight. He looked at the wall of ice that was a barrier, he could see very clearly past it and sigh.

Sorry about that....my kind does have its undesirables. He admitted and leaned against the tree, giving the two witches their space.

Kolt could feel the burning heat of his magic starting to build in his free hand as the wolf looked ready to try and knock the wall down. Just as he was about to generate a flame a new figure came out into view and the wolf growling at them moments ago looked timid suddenly and ran off. The flame witch didn't so much as relax at the sight of the other guy. He didn't stop the generation of energy in his hand as he pulled his twin to be properly curled up in his lap, blue eyes still looking to be Inge a drouzy state. Kolt remained silen and just stared at the alpha while Kaleb was clearly starting to stir. The protective wall becan to go away as blue reverted to brown with a blink of confusion.kaleb looked up to his brother first not understanding why he was tense before looking to see a man standing and leaning on the tree. his body fought the urge to jump but his eyes searched the man's face. He could feel Kolt was still gathering energy and carefully put a hand on the fire witch's shoulder to make him stop. There was a clear silent conversation going on between them before Kaleb looked at the stranger with a bright smile. His eyes were still puffy from crying and even the tear streak were still mildly visible but the rain witch didn't care.

"I think all of us do, but thank you for getting rid of him. People call me Raine and my brother Blaze."

The twins had been working under dahlia as of recent times but they didn't know who were the other council members or even what they looked like. They just knew dahlia represented their race but other than that they knew nothing.

He wondered when the boy was going to get here, he got a text from him and saw that he was going to be running late since something happen. He just sigh, that boy was never going to fully learn how to harness his powers or strength unless he got some proper training.

The fire witch still acted as if he was still trying to gather strength. If the fire witch wanted to fight, then he would sorely loose. Jack wasn't a weakling and had his fair share of fights with witches and dealt with elemental witches as well, namely Amanda and Mason.

But the other boy, who was curled up in the others lap gave him a bright smile and introduced himself. I'm Jack. He told them.

He turned his attention back to the fire witch and said. I'm not going to hurt him or you for that matter...if I did I would have done it already or let that rogue attack you. Although he didn't blame the witch for being protective, it was obvious that the crying one was very dear to him.

Kolt didn't so much as move while Kaleb gave a brighter smile at hearing the other introduce himself. It was clear they were opposites but with how close they were still blended in a means of getting along. Both boys listened to Jack's words on no need for a fight but the one it was directed at took this more so as a threat. A small flame built in Kolt's hand but Kaleb grabbed his twin's wrist and the looked to be having a staring contest for a moment. The look on Kaleb's face was firm as Kolt let the flame die and his eyes revert back to normal. His body still hummed with energy but for now he was just storing it in case Jack did end up trying to attack his brother.

"Sorry if my brother comes off defensive. It's just how he is around me so don't take it to heart."

At the mention of his protective nature, he seemed to tighten his hold on Kaleb some, getting the younger twin to giggle some at the possessive hug. There was still a glare on Kolt's face but it wasn't nearly as intense as it was moments ago.

He hadn't met someone this protective over another. He was very protective over his daughter and Mason, but he wouldn't go as far as this guy was being. He saw the flame but didn't even flinch and turned his attention to the right of him and could hear other beings in the forest. Two were vampires and there was tree rogue wolves, he had a feeling though that they wouldn't even approach them, seeing as not only a alpha was among them but also a council member.

"So why are you two even out here.....not the safest place for witches to be in." He said.

He turned his attention back to the pair and could tell they were twins. Their hair styles and even body was different but their faces were exactly the same. "Are you normally this protective over your younger brother or is it because I am a werewolf?" He asked in curiosity.

Kaleb looked away embarassed at what Jack had asked of them. He had ran into the woods blindly crying without even considering the full moon being so close. He had always found peace in the woods , it was just something about the place that made all the memories and hurt go away. Kolt following only helped to make things even better as their bond was that strong.

"I sorta ran in here blindly....i was upset so i didn't really consider everything going on."

His smile turned sheepish but his eyes looked to darken with his real feelings he was trying to bury. Kolt could pick up on his brother's discomfort instantly and gave a squeeze to Kaleb's hand, the younger looking at him with a thankful smile. Both looked up at Jack at the next question, Kolt starting to go defensive again. Kaleb made his twin direct his eyes at him and again they had a little staring contest until the fire witch calmed down again. Kaleb gave a reassuring smile to his brother before looking back to Jack.

"We have nothing against werewolves. He's always been like this. he's just afraid of losing me is all."

Kaleb kept his tone light before looking to settle into Kolt's lap and rest his head on his shoulder, the older moving a hand to absent-mindedly run his fingers through his twin's hair. The way they could be so comfortable being so close usually disturbed people and made them think terrible things of them but Kolt didn't care so long as his twin was safe.

Even he had to admit the way the two reacted to one another was alittle weird to him. But as long as they didn't start making out or something like that in-front of him, he wasn't going to judge or anything.

Well even I know what feeling is like.... He admitted and shrugged his shoulders.

He then took out a pack of smokes and lighted one up, inhaling the nicotine deeply and sigh. It would be best if you two leave.....especially if you are concern for his safety...this woods aren't exactly safe tonight. He added, looking at the fire witch when he said that.

Kaleb was starting to doze off as his twin's fingers ran through his long hair. Kolt was staring blankly at Jack, seeing the didn't care but at the same time found their closeness bizarre. They had grown used to the looks and were usually uncaring of it but there were moments it would grow too much for them. Their bond wasn't anything like what people viewed it to be, the love they had still being only brotherly love and no more. The fire witch heard what was said but didn't so much as budge from his place while still allowing his brother to stay in his daze.

"He'll let me know when to leave."

Kolt's voice sounded as if it were hardly used with the dryness of its tone. Kaleb was looking to be dead to the world in a sense but with eyes half open. Rain was starting to actually drip from the cloud in a form more like rain and less like a mere mist. The water witch was shutting things out so as to make his hurt go away. He didn't even care his depression was showing itself in the presence but there really was no time to worry about that in his pretty little head.

Jack wasn't sure if he should even stick around anymore, maybe he should just leave the pair alone and just go back to minding his own business. Although it shouldn't have been any concern of his to even warn the two that the woods weren't safe, he didn't exactly want to see someone get maimed by a rogue werewolf.

The woods were starting to get more and more restless now and it seem the two witches didn't even noticed. Jack's dark eyes darted around, turning his head every which way when he thought he heard something near them, smelt strange things and could feel that there was something in this woods that wasn't safe.

Jack almost growled deep in his throat and stared off into the darkness that was the woods. He didn't even turn his attention to the brothers, his eyes and senses were focus on that one particular spot that was straight in-front of him. There was a human near by....but this human had the scent of death and fallen gifted around them.

Kolt was starting to pick up on the same restless sound that jack did he just refrained from showing it. He was being observant but in a means of not waking his brother from his blank state. He watched jack stare off into the dark woods, Kolt starting to scoop his brother up into his arms so as to stand. He was actually able to get to his feet this time and was starting to walk when a blade was nearly shoved into his twin. Eyes turned red as Kolt moved them quickly out of the way. He made no noise or reaction at his cheek being nicked but Kaleb felt the sting of the cut on his own face and drew himself back into reality. His eyes showed no magic use as they stared wide at the hunter. Kaleb was put down onto his feet as he moved to hide behind Kolt who was now standing in an aggressive manner,energy building in his body. The hunter smirked but before anymore could be done another hunter came out of no where trying to use a taser on Kolt. It was Kaleb this time that made a move and manipulated the rain to gather into more of a strange blob and push back the hunter, the water causing the hunter to be zapped instead. Both boys were in near defensive positions, the water witch looking scared while the fire witch looked to be itching to attack something or someone.

The hunter finally made his presence known. it was odd that a hunter would go straight for the witches like that, he figured that he would be a more likely target, seeing as he was a werewolf and witches have never been known to cause any treat to humans.

He didn't jump in though, only watching with curious eyes at the scene that was playing out. Once the hunter was finally stunned with the tasser, he blacked out. Jack looked down at the hunter who was knocked out and started to search through his persons.

He found a few weapons and even a list that seem to name off what species that he was going to target. Tonight he was going after only witches or warlocks. He simply frowned at this and folded the note, placing it into his pocket and broke the hunters neck, killing instantly.

Kolt didn't so much as take notice as to what Jack was doing as he generated fire in his hand. He looked to nearly run blindly at the hunter while his brother looked to shadow the motion, the two clearly attached to each other even when they fought. The hunter moved out of the way but the white fire melted the metal of the knife that was being swung around. Kaleb was still facing to cover Kolt from being attacked from behind and noticed how jack snapped the hunter's neck. Blue eyes clearly teared up but he didn't have much other reaction as the hunter had slipped past Kolt and was able to scratch at Kaleb. Both boys reacted to the pain, the cut created on Kaleb's arm appearing on both boys. The only thing showing this was true was by the blood soaking into his sleeve. The fire witch was clearly pissed off now and set both hands ablaze while Kaleb made the rain stop for a moment. A sliver of sunlight was able to break through, giving Kolt enough energy to create a fire ball and smashing it directly into the hunter's face. Kaleb was cowering away and nursing his arm as the hunter was burned to death. A heavy rain started to pour from the sky now, Kolt stopping with his magic and working to tend to his brother.
